Ways of working
Twenty-six years shows less in volume than in order. Assessment comes before advice:
the first consultations map history, present patterns and strengths before any plan is written.
Mapping before planning. The problem is drawn whole — where it began,
what sets it off, what it costs in a week — before anything is prescribed.
Plain words. Findings are stated so they can be acted on without a
dictionary, by the person carrying them.
Measured reviews. Progress is checked at honest intervals — sleep, mood,
work, closeness — and the plan is adjusted against what is actually shifting.
A record is a line. A practice is what grew along it.
